Location Live is looking for a UI/UX designer to join our team full time. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a marketplace leader with a truly revolutionary product that services the world’s top brands.
Location Live are the UK's leading experiential space experts. We specialise in the discovery and procurement of experiential space and the delivery of iconic and bespoke locations for all live brand engagements. Over the past 10 years our team has enabled some of the most innovative brand activations ever seen in the UK. In 2020 we launched the world’s first end-to-end digital platform lo:live that enables landlords, agencies and brands to conduct ultra-fast-and-efficient experiential space transactions, with 500+ agencies engaged.
As our UI/UX designer, you’ll be responsible for creating a seamless platform experience for our customers, led by a user-focused design mentality. You’ll use creative thinking and visual awareness to create accessible, aesthetically appealing and meaningful website and mobile design.
Working collaboratively with the product manager alongside a team of developers, you will be undertaking end-to-end design from initial conceptualisation and workshopping through to final delivery. With a holistic approach, you will be adept at understanding and interpreting briefs to create intuitive and technically feasible solutions that will be used by some of the world’s biggest brands.
You will be expected to create user journeys and flows, sketches, wireframes and prototypes as well as running A/B testing when appropriate. Becoming an integral part of the Location Live team, you’ll work in a fast-paced, friendly, highly collaborative environment that encourages innovation.
Requirements & Qualifications
✔︎ 2 - 3 years of commercial experience working as a UI/UX designer
✔ Ability to work cross-collaboratively to understand and interpret requirements
✔︎ Experience with a variety of tools such as Adobe CS; UXpin, Sketch, Figma etc.
✔︎ Excellent problem-solver
✔︎ Passion for user-centred design & accessibility
✔ Highly organised and adaptable
✔︎ An enthusiastic individual
✔︎ Naturally personable with great communication skills
✔︎ Previous experience leading design and/or development teams
✔︎ Experience with conducting user research/testing
✔︎ Experience in the experiential marketing industry or working with recognised brands a plus
✔︎ Experience in events, locations, venues or media/marketing agencies useful
