Focussed on providing the best experience for brands to discover and book locations, we have recently launched lo:live, a game changing platform and marketplace that allows brands and agencies to search, plan and book experiential space directly with location providers and landlords. Since its launch it has quickly become the largest and most varied source of brand spaces in the UK and has captured the imagination of the main buyers of space with all the top agencies having accounts on the platform.

This has created a huge amount of demand that we now need some outstanding talent/people to help us take this forward, implement and deliver. As a well funded company and having turned a profit year on year, we have an ambitious growth plan that will see us expand globally in the near future.

The Role…

We’re looking for a Location Relations Executive to work within the Digital Operations team, helping to develop our landlord relationships and ensuring that their landlord locations are optimally represented on our platform. Following the stellar launch of the lo:live platform we have an immediate need for someone with excellent people skills to work across these crucial areas as we continue to grow our business. 

You’ll be based at our office in Richmond upon Thames. Reporting to the Location Relations Manager. This is just some of the stuff you’ll be responsible for...

- Maintaining regular contact with Landlord clients – for general account management purposes and to obtain key information to improve their inventory listings.

- Providing support and training to landlord contacts to help them manage their own inventory listings.

- Assisting with the creation, improvement, and amendment of inventory listings on the platform

- Ensuring that key information. presented to Brand clients via the platform is up to date and relevant.

- Working with external contractors to deliver additional imagery content for the platform.

- Working with external creatives to edit and prepare imagery content for the platform.

- Assisting the flow of information and communication between Landlord clients and Brand clients through the platform.

Only those eligible to work in the UK or have a valid UK work permit/visa will be considered for the above position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Experience: 3 years minimum in an account management/operations role, preferably within experiential and events.
