The Role…

We’re looking for a Location Coordinator to work across the sales and operations teams, helping to coordinate and deliver our clients location requirements. Following the stellar launch of the lo:live platform we have an immediate need for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills to work across these crucial areas as we continue to grow our business. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop into the experiential marketing industry or event production...

You’ll be based at our office in Richmond. Reporting to the Location & Operations Manager. This is just some of the stuff you’ll be responsible for…

  • Location project delivery, health and safety compliance, sustainability, & management of suppliers.
  • Coordinate health and safety processes for activations including risk assessments and method statements and act as support in liaison with suppliers and team involved
  • Work alongside the sales & delivery team on the management of existing and prospective client relationships,
  • CRM Management
  • General assistance with reactive work that comes in as a result of the new business team's sales activity.
  • Administration duties include producing production/delivery documents, contracts and internal communication materials.
