Since its launch it has quickly become the largest and most varied source of brand spaces in the UK and has captured the imagination of the main buyers of space with all the top agencies having accounts on the platform.
This has created a huge amount of demand that we now need some outstanding talent/people to help us take this forward, implement and deliver. As a well funded company and having turned a profit year on year, we have an ambitious growth plan that will see us expand globally in the near future.

We’re looking for a Location Acquisition Manager to join our team, to help deliver the huge demand for new and exciting spaces on our platform. The world has shifted as a result of the last 12 months, and we are accelerating the growth of our inventory into the leisure and entertainment environments to cope with the demand for space that delivers more saturated exposure to defined demographics.
You will work with location providers and landlords of all descriptions from market owners, to festival promoters to city councils. The role is to demo and sell the concept of LO:LIVE to assist in the commercialisation of these valuable experiential assets and to join the digital wave that best supports this process. Experience of this sector would be a distinct advantage and so you may be in a commercially focussed account management role agency side or from the real estate world. You must be passionate about spaces and places and display an understanding of the experiential world and also have the ability to represent the platform at a senior level to traditional property types. You’ll be based at our office in Richmond, although we are open to flexible working in the new world.
You will Report to the Commercial Director.
You will be responsible for:
- This is a highly commercial business development role, where one size does not fit all. An ability to match terms with the specific requirements of each locations, work alongside the sales team on the management of existing and prospective client relationships, becoming the ‘go to’ person for some of our biggest agency clients when they have location needs.
- This is a target driven, fast moving environment with long term contracts in mind.
- A data driven “sell” that is a natural progression for the market, this is not difficult, more complex as we are in the business of changing process and behaviour.
- Become a locations expert, know the entire landscape of locations.
- Prepare best in class responses to client briefs, going above and beyond to ensure their expectations are exceeded.
-Maintain regular contact with key landlords – for general account management purposes and to obtain key information to improve their inventory listings
- Provide support and training to landlord contacts to help them manage their own inventory listings
- Assist with the creation, improvement and amendment of location & space listings on the platform
✔︎ Ideally knowledge or experience of the physical spaces or conversant in the world of venues, spaces, facilities or the build environment.
✔︎ Excellent communication skills. Ideally from within a commercial target driven, customer acquisition environment

Experience: 3 years minimum in an account management/operations role, preferably within experiential and events.
