location:live is the leading locations planning specialist that find and deliver optimum and incredible locations for major brands worldwide.  We work with the major creative and experiential agencies to source, plan and book spaces and places to help bring brand activations to life. 

We’re lucky enough to work with some incredible people and companies. Over 80% of our clients come from recommendations. Over 70% of our clients have been with us for more than 2 years. 

Driven by innovation and consumer behaviour, we help brands connect physically with audiences in an ever-changing location landscape. Focussed on providing the best experience for brands to discover and book locations, we have recently launched lo:live, a game changing platform and marketplace that allows brands and agencies to search, plan and book experiential space directly with location providers and landlords. Since its launch it has quickly become the largest and most varied source of brand spaces in the UK and has captured the imagination of the main buyers of space with all the top agencies having accounts on the platform. 

This has created a huge amount of demand that we now need some outstanding talent/people to help us take this forward, implement and deliver. As a well funded company and having turned a profit year on year, we have an ambitious growth plan that will see us expand globally in the near future.

The Role…

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing across our business, helping to bring our brand vision to life through content marketing, PR and social media. Following the stellar launch of the lo:live platform we have an immediate need for someone with excellent people skills to help with the continued growth our business.

You’ll be based at our office in Richmond, reporting to the CEO/MD

This is just some of the stuff you’ll be responsible for...

·       Brand strategy: Devise and implement a complete brand strategy across our family of sub-brands and to communicate a clear understanding within the market

·       User/Client Growth: You will be responsible for growing lo:live’s awareness, consideration and market penetration and to grown Continue to grow the user and client base

·       Data: Use data (we have loads) to win hearts and minds

·       PR: Define the PR strategy with our PR agency, build thought leader positions with Key partners  and be the main point of contact for all press activities within the business

·       Content: Own and drive all content marketing initiatives to increase organic traffic.

·       Social: Conceive, plan and execute social media strategies and tactics to grow fellowship and engagement rate.

·       Campaigns: Driving the implementation of new campaigns, and bring new ideas and initiatives to drive brand awareness and reach new audiences

·       Product marketing: Work closely with the Product Development team to come up with and develop ways to expand and bring new versions of product to life.


The Requirements…

✔︎ Solid brand strategy skills, experience taking research and data and turning them into customer insights to lead creative briefs.
✔ Proven track record of driving social media growth.
✔︎ Excellent content creation skills – design and some copywriting skills always a strong plus.
✔︎ Discerning creative flair
✔︎ Structured and organised, with top-notch attention to detail.

✔Strong influencing skills across all levels of stakeholders

Expected start date:
 ASAP

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent – but for the right candidate would consider shorter working week.

Salary: Flexible

Experience: 5 years minimum in marketing role. This role would suit a marketing manager looking for the next step in your career into leadership or an experienced leader that likes to be hands on.
